General Surgeon Needed East of Salt Lake City

A thriving healthcare system has just built a BRAND NEW HOSPITAL and is looking to expand their Surgery services. Join an elite team covering 13 specialties including their current General Surgeon. This is an organization based around work-life balance and career satisfaction with virtually no turnover! Have real autonomy in your practice, a voice in the organization, and be compensated handsomely for what you bring to the table.

The ideal candidate will be a BC / BE General Surgeon - practicing surgeons and new grads are welcome to apply.

• Salary of $450,000 to $500,000 DOE
• wRVUs on top of salary
• CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE within reason
• Only 10 to 12 days a month of call, but the ER physicians here are extremely experienced and don't need to call you unless you're the only one who can answer the question
• Extensive benefits including up to $60,000 of loan repayment
• 401k with 7.5% match
