We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation Leader , who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives for our operations organization. As the Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to collaborate across various functions and teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Senior Director, Digital Manufacturing & Intelligent Automation and is part of the Global Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies. Your expertise in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT), will allow you to assess their potential impact on the organization's operations.
• Strong focus on establishing and progressing our Smart Manufacturing Global Strategy, which will include developing our Capability Center.

You will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams throughout the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with business requirements and objectives. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making, will be valuable as you continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

The annual salary range for this role is $220k-$240k . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
