- We are looking for a Loyalty Platform Consultant to help design, orchestrate, and deliver an enterprise-grade Loyalty and Personalization Platform for a leading retail organization.
- The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to design end-to-end solutions for personalized offer management, points ledger, coupon orchestration, and customer engagement systems.
- This position is ideal for someone who understands retail customer loyalty ecosystems and can translate business strategies into scalable, technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & ArchitectureDesign end-to-end solutions for loyalty management, personalized offers, and coupon orchestration.Define and document system architecture, data models, and integration flows across CRM, POS, ecommerce, and marketing systems.Build and refine logic for offer eligibility, points calculation, and redemption workflows.Platform ImplementationPartner with engineering teams to oversee application build and integration with external systems (e.g., ERP, POS, Marketing Cloud).Guide developers on business rules, workflows, and functional specifications.Support UAT, data validation, and end-to-end testing cycles.Business Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementWork with product, marketing, and analytics teams to gather and translate business requirements.Drive conversations on customer segmentation, personalization rules, and promotion effectiveness.Document user journeys, system flows, and operational processes.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, scalability, and reusability.Recommend best practices for loyalty orchestration, offer lifecycle management, and data-driven personalization.Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 5 10 years (depending on seniority) in solution design, consulting, or technical product management within retail, CPG, or marketing tech domains.Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, offer management, and customer engagement platforms.Hands-on experience or working knowledge in :Points ledger / accrual / redemption systemsOffer eligibility and personalization logicCoupon and promotion management systemsData modeling and system integration (APIs, event-based architectures)Ability to create functional & technical documentation, sequence flows, and system design diagrams.Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, product, data, and engineering).Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Loyalty, Adobe Experience Platform, SAP Emarsys, or equivalent loyalty management tools (a plus).Key Skills :
