Position Overview :

In this dual role, you will coordinate and oversee the admission process for new residents while also serving as a Charge Nurse, ensuring excellent clinical care delivery. You'll be the welcoming face and skilled hands that guide residents through their transition into our facility and support the team during your shift.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate resident admissions and transitions

Communicate with hospitals, physicians, and families regarding new admissions

Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

Provide direct patient care when needed

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For :

Active RN or LPN license in Washington State

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Passion for working with residents and their families
