Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC), one of the largest and most respected community health centers in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven, and visionary operational leader to serve as its next Chief Operations Officer (COO) .

Founded in 1978 to address healthcare disparities among seasonal and migrant farm workers, YVFWC has grown to serve over 200,000 patients annually across 40+ clinics in Washington and Oregon. With a team of more than 2,000 employees and 373 providers, YVFWC delivers comprehensive, compassionate careincluding medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and wellness servicesregardless of patients' ability to pay.
YVFWC is Joint Commission certified, a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, and a leader in value-based care and health equity.
