About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor in the construction industry. They pride themselves on delivering excellence in project execution while fostering a professional and innovative work environment.

Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates.

Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Resolve conflicts or unforeseen issues promptly to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have :

  • 7+ years of proven experience in managing $50M+ multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality.
