Technical Support Analyst

Location : Forsyth, GA 31029 Hybrid

Schedule : Monday Friday

Interview : Web Cam or In Person

Travel : Required statewide in Georgia

What you'll do

Manage Google Admin Console and Chrome Management Console for GDC / GCI domains

Configure, deploy, and update Chromebooks, extensions, and educational applications

Enforce user and device policies including content filtering, sign in restrictions, and security settings

Monitor domain health and metrics : usage, user status, storage, security, file sharing

Maintain and monitor sync tools, logging, email alerts, and reports

Provide Tier 1 2 support for ChromeOS and Google Workspace for Education

Troubleshoot Chrome device hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Collaborate with instructional technology teams to validate digital learning tools

Maintain accurate inventory for Chrome devices and peripherals

Document SOPs, user guides, and troubleshooting steps

Analyze support trends and recommend improvements in device management and UX

Monitor system performance, updates, and security compliance

Required qualifications

2+ years hands on experience with Google Workspace, Workspace for Education, and ChromeOS device management

2+ years providing IT support or systems administration in an enterprise environment

Proficiency with Google Admin Console, Chrome Management Console, and Google Workspace

Proficiency supporting Apple products and macOS

Knowledge of network connectivity, Wi Fi troubleshooting, and endpoint security best practices

Experience supporting web-based applications and learning management systems (LMS)

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications

Google Certified IT Support Professional or Google Certified Administrator

Experience with large scale Chromebook deployments

Familiarity with content filtering tools and device compliance reporting

Work location and mileage

Primary location : State Offices South (Tift Campus), Forsyth, GA

May also report to : Georgia Correctional Industries, Decatur, GA (upon request)

Mileage reimbursement : Allowed for travel to correctional facilities. Not reimbursed for regular work at Forsyth or Decatur sites.

Work environment

Standard office and hybrid setting

Travel throughout the State of Georgia

Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

Entry into prison settings with escorts required
