Job Description

Leading restaurant operating company is seeking experienced bookkeeper with strong prior experience. Key responsibilities will include :

Accounts Receivables - reconcile daily sales, bank accounts, credit card, cash, etc.
Accounts Payable – process invoices and make payments
Payroll Processing – enter timesheets, rate, etc. and submit to ADP / payroll processor
Update Quick books
Taxes - Sales Tax working and e-filling
Month-end close
Financial Reporting - weekly Prime Cost sheets, monthly dashboard, P&L
Compliance - ensure compliance with labor and company policies
Insurance - insurance, workers compensation, etc. premium
