A leading global furniture manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team in Ludington, MI. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our CNC machining processes, supporting new equipment integration, and providing technical troubleshooting to ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with flexible part-time hours, 32-40 per week, and a start time between 6 am and 8 am.

Key Responsibilities :

• CNC 4-Axis Work Holding : Provide expertise to optimize setups and improve efficiency.
• CNC Speeds and Feeds : Evaluate and enhance machining parameters to boost performance and reduce cycle times.
• New Machine Support : Assist in getting a new machine operational by collaborating with its designers and our internal Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team.
• Technical Manufacturing Support : Offer hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns.
• Mastercam Program Review : Assess current programming to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and output.
