About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a day shift (Fri–Sun block) position in Flagstaff, AZ . This role involves providing direct perioperative care in a Level I Trauma Center with 11 ORs handling high-volume ortho, trauma, spine, and neuro cases (including craniotomies). Ideal for skilled clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of OR experience (Level I Trauma preferred; Level II considered)

Active Arizona RN license or compact state license

BLS & ACLS certifications – required

3x12-hour day shifts (07 : 00–19 : 00) , Fri–Sun block

Limited on-call : 8 weeknights per 8-week period

Ratios : 1 : 1

First-timers accepted

No floating required

Guaranteed hours : 36 / week (facility may call off up to 6x per 13 weeks)
