We're looking for a strategic, data-savvy operator to help us scale our fleet operations across multiple depot sites. In this role, you'll lead the charge in designing and launching efficient, high-performing depot operations that power the future of mobility. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across tech, product, facilities, and operations to bring new sites online and continuously improve how they run. The salary range for this position is $100k-120k.

What You'll Do :

• Lead end-to-end depot launches from planning to execution ensuring each site is operationally ready and optimized for scale.
• Design and refine operational workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and performance across all fleet depots.
• Map and document key processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Turn data into action by analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Apply learnings from current sites to inform future depot design, layout, and location strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, facilities, and ops teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
