Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Psychiatric Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 08 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Now Hiring : Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health Location : Brooklyn, NY ️ Start Date : December 8, 2025 ⏳ Contract Length : Through March 7, 2026 (Contract-to-Hire Desired) Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | 40 hours / week | No RTO Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and clinical supervision of staff on the inpatient behavioral health unit. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with directors and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of care. Monitor admissions, discharges, and ensure proper discharge planning. Collect and report performance data for NYSDOH, JCAHO, OMH, and other agencies. Support staff development, education, and best-practice implementation.
