Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time physical therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing one day of service per week in a K-12 educational setting located in Dover, DE. This role supports students physical development and mobility within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat physical disabilities and impairments among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and healthcare professionals
- Consult with teachers and parents regarding student progress and therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes
- Ensure pliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services
