Forklift Operator

We're looking for a skilled forklift operator to join our team in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and accurate loading and unloading of trailers, performing final quality inspections, and maintaining high standards in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely load and unload trailers and stage units in the warehouse.
• Ensure all units are properly banded and have visible load tags.
• Perform visual quality inspections on all items.
• Verify truck counts and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Read the Wet End run schedule and lay down correct rolls for upcoming paper grades.
• Safely drive and handle rolls according to company procedures.
• Assist with prepping damaged rolls and returning butt rolls to the roll room.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Unload trucks or railcars and follow all required documentation processes.
• Complete monthly online safety training and report any safety issues immediately.
• Maintain exemplary attendance and work flexible or extended hours as needed.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00 / yr. Health Vision Dental 401K PTO Monthly profit sharing on the gross amount you make in that month. They shoot for 8-12% of that number.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Cottage Grove, MN.
