Forklift Operator

2nd Shift Forklift Operator (Clamp Truck)

We're hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in a brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role focuses on safe material handling, loading / unloading trailers, and performing final quality inspections. If you have experience with clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners, this is a great opportunity for long-term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts.
• Ensure all units are properly banded and tagged before loading.
• Inspect for broken or missing straps and stage units in the warehouse.
• Load / unload trailers and railcars efficiently while following all paperwork processes.
• Perform visual quality inspections to verify unit and truck counts.
• Read and follow the Wet End run schedule for correct roll placement.
• Assist operators with prepping damaged rolls and ensure proper return of butt rolls.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and rotate stock as needed.
• Complete monthly online safety training and report any incidents immediately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00 / yr. Health Vision Dental 401K PTO Company Bonus Program.
