Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a client-facing business development or account management role within the technology recruiting industry
Strong networking skills with the ability to drive new revenue and expand existing relationships
Experience partnering with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates aligned to client needs
Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
