About the Role
Join our team as the Vice President of Digital Growth and Member Experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the digital member experience across all virtual touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive integration of our digital channels with physical branches. You will spearhead initiatives to drive growth through our digital sales channels, enhance the member journey, and lead a dedicated team focused on achieving top-notch performance in loan and deposit growth, digital adoption, and overall member satisfaction.
This position involves full P&L responsibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create an exceptional omnichannel experience. You will play a key role in managing our digital sales funnel, optimizing conversions, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital banking or digital growth leadership, demonstrating a successful track record in digital transformation and enhancing member experiences. You should have a thorough understanding of digital sales funnels, Adobe Analytics, and effective member journey mapping techniques. Your strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a talent for cross-department collaboration, will be essential for success in this role.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in member-centric organizations, financial technology, and digital sales platforms.
