Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team : they're retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers. Responsibilities include :

• Attracting, hiring, developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager including acting as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Partnering with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Performing opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret / disseminate company directives.
• Setting the direction and goals for the day / shift when associates arrive for work.
• Providing individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Leading exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in our values and elevated product knowledge.
• Creating genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Training, coaching, rewarding, and motivating associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Reinforcing selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
• Constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently providing the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintaining our values, policies, and procedures.
