Details :

Open Shifts : 1st and 2nd shift full time

Shift Differential : 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends.

Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Care : Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.Supervision : Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
