Job Title : Desk Side Service

Location : Minneapolis , Minnesota (5 days Onsite)

JD :

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users' desktop and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications including
• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
• Communicate and work comfortably with customer executives and end users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with customer IT policies and procedures.
• Manage incoming inventory as part of the project
• Reimage laptops to new version of image
