Production Control Process Control Assistant Manager

TRC Talent is seeking a full time Production Control Process Control Assistant Manager for a global automotive manufacturer located in Savannah, GA. This is a cutting-edge EV manufacturer. Position is fully onsite, requires a bachelor's degree and prior management / supervisory experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and modify production plans.

Implement plans through monitoring and controlling the production process.

Leads analysis of demand developments, forecasting and planning of production.

Leads the control of progress, and the initiation of action when necessary

Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met

Establish mid- & long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.

Inform relevant departments of production plan changes and update documents accordingly.

Prepare status / performance reports and resolve production issues.

Regularly communicate with other production departments for information sharing.

Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelors degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications

Advanced degree in a related field preferred

Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

Domestic / International travel
