Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Recruiters

Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional development

Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires

Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practice

HR Strategy & Program Implementation

Support the Senior Director in executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and workforce development

Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects, programs and policies

Employee Relations & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day employee relations cases, coaching program leadership to manage performance

Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Conduct or support investigations and recommend appropriate actions

HR Operations & Reporting

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
