Senior District Manager
With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Retail Leadership Team is essential to our business. From overseeing the overall strategy and performance of retail stores to acting as change champions to drive new processes and procedures while supporting and helping drive the company's mission of "Connecting Active People with Their Passions."
The Senior District Manager is a leader with in-depth understanding of their assigned market. The Senior District Manager plans and directs the visual and operational execution of the assigned district to positively affect sales and profitability. This role is responsible for developing diverse talent and culture within their district as well as develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability and grow our existing consumer base.
How You'll Make A Difference
- Provide coaching and guidance to a diverse group of Store Managers to ensure stores are fostering dynamic customer environments, while meeting financial performance and KPI goals.
- Perform consistent, documented store visits to assigned stores in support of visual, operational, profitability, and customer experience expectations.
- Develop productive cross-functional relationships with various corporate business partners to ensure successful inventory levels, margins, and promotions / pricing directives are meeting expected goals.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of store managers, key holders and staff to meet the stores' needs; ensuring proper hiring tools and trainings are utilized.
- Reviews operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, monitors store profitability.
- Assist with new store openings, remodels and / or store closures as needed.
- Extensive travel (50% or more) may be required for this role
You Are

Bachelor's or master's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.8 years functional experience.Experience managing both individual contributors and supervisors / managers.Strong business acumen; applying knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize performance of the business.Job Conditions
