Job descriptionProvide Preventive & Therapeutic Care – Perform cleanings, SRP, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications. Conduct Comprehensive Exams – Take X-rays and assist in detailed patient assessments. Educate & Empower Patients – Offer personalized oral hygiene recommendations. Maintain Accurate Records – Document treatment notes and patient progress. Stay Up-to-Date – Keep current with advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technology. Nebraska RDH License – In good standing. Accredited Dental Hygiene Degree – From a recognized program. Strong Clinical & Technical Skills – Expertise in hygiene procedures, tools, and technology. Exceptional Communication – Ability to educate patients and build long-term relationships. Team Player Mentality – Work collaboratively with dentists and support staff.

What You’ll Get :
- Competitive Pay – $55 - $60+ / hr (based on experience & skillset).
- Lucrative Bonuses – Earn 30% of adjusted production or $5 per fluoride, sealant & $10 per SRP quad, (whichever is greater).
