Director of Nursing – Long Term Care (Direct Hire)
Relocation Assistance : Available (TBD at offer)
Location : Lakota, ND
Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Pay Range : $38.00 – $63.00 per hour (As per experience)
Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 ($5K at 6 months and $5K at 12 months)
Start Date : ASAP
Overview :
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting . The ideal candidate will oversee clinical performance, ensure compliance with all regulations, and foster a supportive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily nursing operations and staffing.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal LTC regulations.
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and documentation accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and providers.
