Agile Delivery Manager

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager responsible for facilitating agile delivery and empowering teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives

Proactively identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress

Serve as the central point of contact between the team and stakeholders, providing updates on progress

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in agile delivery or equivalent roles

Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and working in agile environments

Proficiency in using agile metrics and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)

Experience in release management, including planning and coordination

Certifications : PMP or equivalent agile certification (ICP-APM, CSM, etc.)
