We are seeking a Bartender to be an ambassador for our mission : TO BE THE FINEST PRIVATE CLUB IN THE WORLD. A Bartender at Kiawah Island Club will excel at applying empathy to every person so they may create and maintain our members’ loyalty, while ranking their teammate’s needs even higher. A Kiawah Island Club Bartender will be an expert at prioritizing to produce efficiency in this fast-paced, multi-faceted, club environment. Service periods include lunch, brunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Bartenders are responsible for creating and preparing drinks for service in multiple venues.
• Bartenders are expected to constantly pursue craft excellence in their cocktail creations.
• Bartenders may be required to tend both Voysey’s and Tom’s bar.
• Bartenders will assist with management in designing and implementing new drinks monthly.
• Bartenders are responsible for keeping their bar clean, organized and fully stocked for service.
• Bartenders will be asked to assist with monthly wine and liquor inventories.
