This role is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in building science, energy codes, and home performance testing — prior certification is not required, and we provide full training and mentorship.

Pay :

Certified HERS Raters : $50,000+ per year

Location & Work Environment

Training and Career Path :

We provide all the tools, training, and guidance you need. You’ll work toward RFI certification by completing mentored ratings, passing the RESCAZ exam, and completing a final graded field evaluation. After certification and at least one year of experience, employees are eligible for further training and advancement based on performance and company needs.
