Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Data Governance Management Lead to join our Data Governance team. This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining our master data management and data governance processes for client. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of master data while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential data issues. They will also focus on managing data governance processes, implementing best practices, and maintaining high-quality data standards.

Skills :

Must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.

Ability to analyze and interpret data (metrics) to improve the delivery and support master data management to the business.

Knowledge of data governance best practices and industry standards.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools, Microsoft Purview).
