As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with the public, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the government facility.

Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
