What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the security-related needs of the site. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment and address security-related concerns as needed. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements. Minimum Requirements : Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
