Job descriptionPrepare and review scheduled reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards Analyze financial data identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation Support implementation and monitoring of new processes / systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional departments to align deliverables Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the finance and accounting domain Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices Hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Proficiency with financial systems and software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in the Entertainment Tourism Hospitality or Financial Services industries is highly desirable

Position Overview
These roles will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of F&A activities including Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Record to Report (R2R) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across multiple locations. Candidates with experience in the Entertainment Tourism Hospitality or Financial Services industries will be preferred.
