Authorizations Coordinator

Full Time in Office| Cornerstone VNA | Rochester, NH

Cornerstone VNA is seeking a detail-oriented Authorizations Coordinator to join our administrative team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients receive timely, uninterrupted care by managing insurance verification, and authorizations processes.

What You'll Do

Verify insurance eligibility and obtain initial and ongoing authorizations for services

Review patient charts for accuracy of payer information and demographics

Obtain initial and ongoing authorization for services.

What We're Looking For

Experience in authorizations (healthcare experience strongly preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with computer systems

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Associate's degree in finance / accounting or equivalent experience preferred
