Job Description
Lead and manage all HR functions for a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Partner with plant leadership to support business goals and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement HR strategies that support a high-performance culture and employee engagement. Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs. Manage compensation and benefits administration and support payroll processes. Drive initiatives around safety, employee well-being, and continuous improvement. Support employee development through training programs, career pathing, and leadership coaching. Lead investigations and manage conflict resolution in accordance with best practices and legal standards.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA requirements, and compliance regulations. Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.
