Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. AI / ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol). The engineer will lead the development of next-generation AI solutions including model orchestration, vector search, and enterprise-scale GenAI integrations. Python is optional. Strong AI / ML and GenAI engineering experience is the primary requirement.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs
• Expertise in RAG pipelines and vector embeddings
• Experience building and orchestrating AI Agents
• Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience with vector databases : Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of modern AI frameworks and tools

10+ years of overall IT experience. Proven experience delivering AI / ML and GenAI solutions at scale. Strong recent hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and MCP.
