Our client is looking for an IT Engineer / Service Desk Technician / Level 2 to join their team. This person needs to be capable of handling most of the tickets from the level I team as they are escalated. This is a good position for someone who wants to learn and get involved in new projects with things like firewalls, networks, VMware, cloud, etc.
