About the Team

The TikTok LIVE teams mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators, influencers, and communities to create an environment that brings people together in real time through meaningful, interactive connections.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on creator and content storytelling, you will help showcase the best of TikTok LIVE creators and build campaigns that inspire more creators to go LIVE. You will execute integrated marketing initiatives that bring awareness to TikTok LIVEs creator community, celebrate their success stories, and drive creator engagement.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Responsibilities

• Execute Creator Campaigns : Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels (e.g., in-app, social, comms).
• Lead Content Storytelling : Identify, craft, and publish impactful creator success stories that showcase the unique value of TikTok LIVE.
• Drive Creator Recognition Programs : Assist in developing and launching initiatives that spotlight and celebrate top creators during key moments (e.g., seasonal campaigns, milestones).
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with teams across LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with creator growth and retention goals.
• Optimize Channel Strategy : Maintain and evolve best practices for storytelling across TikToks owned channels, ensuring consistent, creator-first messaging.
• Track & Analyze Performance : Monitor campaign results and creator engagement, delivering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
