Key Responsibilities
Analyze production support cases and develop clear action plans for resolution
Prepare data patches and lead Root Cause Analysis for high-severity cases
Document cases and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology with 7+ years of experience
Experience with Property & Casualty insurance-related solutions
Strong knowledge of Java or equivalent Object-oriented programming language
Experience in data management and analysis, preferably in insurance
Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
