We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst within the Electrification & Energy Solutions Division (E+ES), you will play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Leveraging your analytical expertise and keen attention to detail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and insightful financial analysis, contribute to continuous process improvements, and help cultivate a high-performing finance culture. In this role, you will lead the monthly financial planning and analysis for E+ES and quarterly / annual forecast process, as well as support the implementation of OneStream.

What You Will Do

• Support E+ES monthly financial planning and analysis efforts and consolidated reporting deliverables
• Coordinate quarterly / annual forecasting cycles, and ensure accurate consolidated reporting, including enhancement and maintenance of forecasting tools and templates.
• Work closely with other finance groups within the Division to understand business drivers behind results.
• Work closely with Caterpillar's Operational and Analytics COE's (shared service teams) through monthly closing processes.
• Support OneStream Rollout and develop new reports to replace some legacy system reporting.
• Influence Caterpillar's finance culture by demonstrating continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cross-functional partnership with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset.

Summary Pay Range

110,520.00 - 165,840.00
