Responsibilities

Responsible for making contact with all responsible parties on high risk / high balance loans through telephonic or written communication in order to determine the cause for delinquency. Provide analysis and feedback to supervisor as to appropriate action considered necessary where the existing circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credit Union. Provide assistance with training of new employees and assist with departmental training as needed.
