/Preferred Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

AI Development:

• Build and prototype features using Generative AI models and Power Platform tools to streamline NPI deliverables.
• Automate input and tracking of engineering change orders and process documentation.

Process Engineering:

• Map and optimize existing processes for quality control and efficiency.
• Validate data sources and improve documentation standards.
• Analyze impacts of Engineering Change Order (ECO) releases on Product Support Organization.

Collaboration:

• Work with multi-functional teams: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Engineers, and Product Support.
• Partner with other interns and engineers on a key aspect of a larger project.

What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Python, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of Generative AI models (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of process mapping, data validation, and analytical modeling.

Mindset:

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a process-heavy environment.
• Curious and adaptable with a builder’s mentality.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

The range displayed reflects the pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting.
