Job Description

RISE A Real Estate Company is seeking a Leasing Manager for RISE Glen Kernan Park, a luxury 55+ Active Living Community in Jacksonville, FL. As our Leasing Manager, you will be the heart of our leasing strategy and resident experience, helping new residents find their next home and feel great about it every step of the way.

The compensation for this role is $50,000–$55,000 / year + Commissions & Bonus Opportunities. Benefits include Generous PTO, Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, and Insurance eligibility begins the 1st of the month after your hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Conduct tours, explain community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process
• Manage digital leads, follow-ups, applications, and lease agreements through our online platform
• Execute outreach and marketing efforts tailored to the 55+ active lifestyle
• Partner with the Property Manager to support events, renewals, and resident satisfaction
• Mentor leasing professionals and serve as the go-to expert for leasing performance
