Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton regions. Successful Candidate must reside in either Cincinnati, Columbus or Dayton area and be willing to travel.
As an Account Manager, you play a key role in driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships within the specialty infusion pharmacy market. This position is responsible for implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, generating referrals, and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care through our specialized programs.
InfuCare Rx is a leading infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC offering a specialized approach to caring for patients in need of IVIG, SCIG and other chronic specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote InfuCare Rx’s full range of home IG and specialty pharmacy services to meet territory sales objectives.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physician offices, hospitals, and clinics.
- Execute effective sales strategies in collaboration with company leadership to increase territory footprint and revenue growth.
- Generate and follow up on leads promptly and accurately to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence by identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with management to develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to potential partners.
- Represent InfuCare Rx at industry conferences, networking events, and community programs as directed.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Maintain accurate reporting of all sales activities using designated company tracking tools (CRM).
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral process and positive provider and patient experience.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with assigned accounts and internal stakeholders to optimize pharmacy fulfillment efficiency.Maintain professionalism, respect, and collaboration in all internal and external interactions.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Add something about utilizing health app to monitor patient progression thru the internal referral process from intake to delivery.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.Must have 5 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, pharmaceutical sales, or ambulatory care (including neurology, etc. or immune globulin (IG) therapy).Demonstrated success in healthcare sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding territory goals.Strong relationship-building and provider engagement skills.Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.High level of initiative, competitive drive, and accountability for achieving results.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Confidentiality and Compliance
