Processing Lead – 2nd Shift

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM)

Location : Sioux City, IA

Pay : $25–$30 / hour , based on experience

Employment Type : Full-time

A well-established manufacturing facility in Sioux City is seeking a skilled and motivated Processing Lead to oversee 2nd shift operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong processing experience and a solid understanding of quality assurance, sanitation standards, and GMPs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate a team of processing operators during 2nd shift
• Ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality and safety standards
• Monitor and enforce sanitation procedures and GMP compliance
• Collaborate with QA personnel to resolve issues and maintain product integrity
• Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and production records
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50544.00 - $54704.00 / yr.

401k company match, paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, and boot reimbursement.
