Job description

Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle ERP Developer, where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle ERP cloud solutions to meet strategic business goals. You will maintain expertise in Oracle applications process design and configuration, as well as technical architecture, to ensure robust system performance.

Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify, assess, and solve complex business challenges, drawing on your in-depth evaluation of various factors. You will scope, estimate, and develop technical and non-technical solutions that address client needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes through thorough maintenance and troubleshooting.

In this role, you will drive process improvements and be a key resource for business partners, collaborating closely with Oracle to enhance monitoring, security, performance tuning, archiving, and support for upgrades. You will work closely with users and management to consistently improve operations and documentation, making recommendations for system enhancements and operational advancements.

Be an advocate for change, aligning your team's initiatives with the company's strategic objectives while being open to other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Experience in project management (formal or informal)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (5 years) in Finance, Accounting, or ERP-related field
  • Proven ability to foster a team-oriented environment
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead change management concepts related to software rollout
  • Strong understanding of business issues, drivers, and needs
  • Familiarity with formal project methodologies and change control processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes and ERP solutions

Compensation Range

$69,230.00 - $149,000.00
