Job descriptionUpdate pack tasks to confirm style lists for Creative. Upload new pack SKUs into Shopify via Matrixify. Track pack color codes and maintain pack templates. Perform QC on pack information in Shopify and secure thumbnail / image approvals. Assign RTS dates and print attributes accurately for Tableau reporting. Upload and maintain new DTC SKUs, wholesale SKUs, NRFs, and color codes in NetSuite. Maintain the CX Product Catalog with up-to-date product information. Pull size grading charts from Centric. Create quarterly linesheets for collections, ensuring all links / documents remain updated.
Associate Merchandiser

We're looking for an Associate Merchandiser on a 2-month, part-time contract (25 hours per week) to support our merchandising operations and ensure smooth product launches across DTC and wholesale channels.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
SKU Creation & Management
- Create and update new style numbers, product descriptions, and attributes in NetSuite.
- Generate new color codes, print names, and individual SKUs by style / color / size.
- Create NRF numbers for wholesale SKUs and ensure accuracy across partners.
- Maintain SKU and pack trackers to prevent duplication.
