Campers Inn RV is looking for a Location Administrator & Title Clerk . This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office including processing titles and registrations for new and used recreational vehicles.

Acts as the point of contact between the store and the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintains various administrative tasks and responsibilities to ensure productivity of the storeAssists the location’s managers with standard processes directed by HR, such as onboarding and submitting position change documents.Assist the location employees by connecting them to the correct resources for questions and resolution of issuesMaintain the store’s needs through assisting with daily operationsMaintains up to date business licenses, certification, and noticesProduces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and formsAssists in the preparation of regularly scheduled accounting reportsMaintains company compliance with filing systems currently in placePurchases the store’s necessary items (equipment, uniforms, office supplies, etc.) utilizing approved vendors and suppliersMonitors the payroll time system (Motility) and submits payroll to the corporate officeProcess title registration paperwork for all used and new recreational vehicle purchases.Prepare tax and title documents for RV units sold, including Power of Attorneys, accurately for the state the vehicle is to be registered in.Submit all required paperwork to the DMV in the time frame the state has allowed.Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder is paid off before processing title applications.Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information in complete.Verify payoff information, checks are accurate and follows up on incoming unit titles.Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titlesCompile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.Processing all license plates for the issuing and transferred unitsAssist the finance department as neededQualifications
Education :High school diploma or equivalent is required
License & Certifications :Valid Driver’s License and good driving record are required
Experience :Minimum one year’s experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
Abilities :Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
