Job descriptionBuild Relationships : Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Product Expertise : Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies. Professional Team Development : Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly. Strong leadership communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. Report : Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses. Bring Your A Game : Come to work every day with a positive attitude and a commitment to success. Key Responsibilities : include hiring training and motivating staff analyzing market trends coordinating with other departments like finance and marketing and reporting sales performance to upper management. Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Experience in automotive sales or management Ability to analyze data and trends Proficiency with automotive software and CRM platforms A valid drivers license 2 years previousdesking experience preferred. CRM experience required. CUDL / Routeone / Dealertrack experience required. Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred. Eager to learn new product details and improve continuously. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Professional well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record and valid drivers license. Paid Time Off : 40 hours front-loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment).
