Job descriptionDiagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures Participate in periodic 24 / 7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls Develop and maintain customer relationships Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements Promote upgrades to current systems Occasional out-of-state travel to service customer sites Desired Qualifications : Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and / or : 5+ years of HVAC experience and / or training Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-governing, detail-oriented, and versatile position Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking Desired Candidate Characteristics : Motivated, trusting, free-thinker, loyal, detail-oriented, supportive, and eager to tackle challenges Preferred Credentials : Building Automation experience Delta Controls experience Systems Integrator experience HVAC service and maintenance experience Extensive product training will be provided and required.
