Senior Superintendent

Location : Bay Area or Southern California, CA

Position Summary :

We are seeking experienced Senior Superintendents for projects in both Northern and Southern California , with an emphasis on education and affordable housing construction. The ideal candidates will be strong field leaders who can manage complex site logistics, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day field operations for education and multifamily projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, inspectors, and safety personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and clients to resolve field challenges
• Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders
• Oversee project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking
